Founded in Japan in 2012, doublet has grown from a small independent label into one of the most distinctive names in contemporary Japanese fashion.

The name doublet reflects the playful spirit that runs through the brand. Rather than treating fashion as something overly serious, Ino often uses visual jokes, unusual proportions, trompe-l’oeil effects, unexpected materials, and references to Japanese popular culture.
