If a cancellation is requested and the order has not yet been dispatched, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — please refer to our Refund & Return Policy instead. We are not responsible for errors in order information provided by the customer.

5. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
