Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or discounted items
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags or packaging

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@poiao.net with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
